Iryna Rychko is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with over a decade of experience supporting individuals with autism and developmental differences. Since 2018, she has owned and operated two thriving behavior therapy practices—one in Ocala, Florida, and one in Fort Collins, Colorado—where she leads teams dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based care.
Iryna earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Florida International University, followed by a Master of Arts in Professional Behavior Analysis from the Florida Institute of Technology. Her academic foundation and clinical expertise have equipped her to design and implement highly individualized programs that promote meaningful and lasting change.
Her practice emphasizes collaboration with families, culturally responsive care, and evidence-based strategies to improve communication, social-emotional development, school readiness, and behavioral outcomes. She is particularly skilled at working with children and adolescents and has built a reputation for her ethical standards, leadership, and client-centered approach.
As a multilingual clinician—fluent in English, Russian, Ukrainian, and Spanish—Iryna is passionate about serving diverse communities and ensuring that high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services are accessible to all.
